Temperament of the Poodle breed

Poodles are intelligent and easily trained. They are the happiest when they show off what they know and what they can do. They are generally lively and playful while some only loves attention for a few minutes, most of them are attention seekers. Poodles always want to please their owners. Poodles can mirror the mood of their owners.

While most poodles are cheerful, there are still some who prefers to be quiet. There are poodles who are shy and wants to stay at one place all the time. It’s hard to please and train them because they will only do what they want to do and do it on their time. Poodle dogs who are ignored and doesn’t get too much attention may seek one in a negative way.
