This is a very intelligent breed and fun-loving. If not controlled, they can be quite problematic. They are very active and playful. Labradors mature only at about thee years of age. Oftentimes, they are mislabeled as hyperactive dogs. They are good with children and are harmless. Labs can be trained easily and always wanted to be part of the family. They love to play around especially with water and retrieving things being thrown. They do not attack easily and are very patient.

Temperament of the Chihuahua breed

With their small size, this dog makes a great companion. They are smart and lively. Although, they may be difficult to train, it only takes positive reinforcement and affection to make them obey you. Once you got their trust, they will be as obedient as they can be. The Chihuahua dog gets excited easily and tends to bark a lot. They can even annoy the people around them with their barking activity. These dogs love to be the center of attention. They are very playful and will do all that they can to catch your attention. With their size, they can even be more aggressive than bigger dogs.

Chihuahua makes a good room mate and best friend, especially for girls. They tend to be fiercely loyal to a particular owner and somehow may be very protective of the person. Girls will definitely have fun dressing them up. But they are not recommended for small children because they are sensitive and can be stressed easily. They are also suspicious of the people around them and will definitely create a loud noise if they see one getting near them.

Temperament of the Rottweiler breed

Rottweiler is a behaved, good-natured and obedient dogs. Contrary to what most people think about them, their behavior is steady and basically, calm. Rottweilers are confident, fearless and courageous dogs. They tend to react to things with great alertness. Most of the time, they just sit in one place and observe things quietly. This breed also makes a good working dog and a guardian dog. Thus, to say, it's an all-purpose dog.

They are indeed beautiful dogs and intelligent. Some people may hate them because of the attacks. But contrary to common belief, they only attack when they feel that their property is in danger and when they're provoked. It's always a matter of how we train and treat them. How they behave reflects how we take care of them.

Rottweiler dogs love to work too. They are at their happiest when they feel that we need them and we rely them on tasks.

Cross-eyed Rottweiler

A man took his Rottweiler to the vet and said to the vet: “My dog’s cross-eyed, is there anything you can do for it?”

“Well” said the vet “lets have a look at him”

So he picks the dog up and has a good look at it’s eyes.

“Well” says the vet “I’m going to have to put him down”

“Just because he’s cross-eyed?” says the man.

“No, because he’s heavy” says the vet.

Berners are outdoor dogs at heart and needs a lot of activity, however, they don’t deal with great endurance. When pushed and motivated, they can move with great speed. They love to be praised and recognized. This breed is commonly good with children as they are sweet, patient, loyal and playful despite their huge size. Overall, this breed has a good temperament and will make a good family dog.
