Pembroke Welsh Corgis are a long, low, and somewhat heavy dog. with a compact and muscular built. They have a nice, straight legs, a wedge-shaped head and stand-up ears. This breed's head is associated with a fox's head because of their similarities. They are well know for their happy face expression. Corgis has black nose and dark eyes. They have a little or no tail while a Cardigan Welsh Corgi has.
Pembroke Welsh Corgi dogs have these standard coat colors:
1. Red
2. Sable
3. Fawn
4. Black
5. Tan
It is noted that the undercoat is short to medium in length, thick and water-resistant. The outercoat is slicker and longer. The standard height of a Pembroke Welsh Corgi is between 10 to 12 inches and weight is between 22 to 30 lbs.
